Vincent Mannaert

Vincent Mannaert is one of European football’s most respected executives. As CEO of Club Brugge from 2011 to 2023, he oversaw a decade of dominance marked by six league titles, four Super Cups, and consistent Champions League participation, including the club’s first-ever progression to the round of 16.

Off the pitch, he secured nine consecutive profitable seasons and grew the club’s equity by €68 million, establishing Brugge as Belgium’s sporting and financial benchmark.

In 2024, he became Sports Director at the Royal Belgian Football Association, shaping the sporting direction of Belgian football.

Who is this program for?

Women’s Football Directorship program is designed for sporting directors, technical directors, head coaches, club executives, and professionals in football operations, scouting, and player development. It is also suitable for former players transitioning into leadership roles.

What is the final group project?

You and your peers will conduct a holistic assessment of a women’s football club, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose a targeted intervention plan. The project concludes with a presentation to the Program Director.

How much time will I need to commit?

This is a fast-paced, professional-level program, designed to be manageable for working professionals. Expect to dedicate a 3-4 hours per week for lessons and the final project.
